Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Be in original packaging with all tags, lace, and protective nets intact,

  • It must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

    • Wigs and hair that have been worn, installed, cut, styled, colored, washed, or altered

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Accessories such as combs, brushes, and hair tools (if opened)

  • We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
    Please try on wigs without cutting the lace or removing protective coverings. Once altered, the item is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

    All returned items are subject to quality inspection before approval.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the issue

    Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • Vee Beauty is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages

  • Vee Beauty reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on this page.
