To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unaltered

Be in original packaging with all tags, lace, and protective nets intact,

It must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Wigs and hair that have been worn, installed, cut, styled, colored, washed, or altered

Clearance or sale items

Accessories such as combs, brushes, and hair tools (if opened)

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
Please try on wigs without cutting the lace or removing protective coverings. Once altered, the item is no longer eligible for a return or refund.All returned items are subject to quality inspection before approval.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
