📦 Shipping Information
Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 2–7 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Most orders within South Africa are delivered within 3–9 business days after dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

We offer Paxi delivery services for convenient and affordable nationwide shipping across South Africa.
PEP Store to PEP Store
Your order can be delivered to a PEP store of your choice, where you can collect it at your convenience.
PEP Store to Home
Your order can be delivered directly to your home address after dispatch from a PEP store.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.
⚠️ Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
Vee Beauty is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Custom or Premium Items
Some premium or custom units may have extended processing times. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
For hygiene and quality reasons, we have specific guidelines for returns:
- Wigs & Hair Products: Due to hygiene reasons, wigs and hair products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging..
- Accessories: Accessories can be returned if they are unused and in their original condition.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not approve your refund if your wig has been cut, worn, or not in its original packaging and condition. If you received the incorrect item, please let us know, and we will organise a return or exchange.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used wigs and hair products
- Worn or washed shapewear
- Custom or personalized items
